Emily directs IWPR’s Status of Women in the States Initiative, a key source of data and research about women’s lives on a broad range of topics for local, state, and national policymakers.
Emily manages the Status of Women data dashboards on State PAL, conducts state-level research, and builds collaborations with external partners to drive resources to communities and conversations for change.
